Leadership Coaching
Our coaching process is built upon the synergy between scientist and a former therapist who forged a partnership twenty years ago and collectively have developed the Starquest Coaching Models:
These models are utilized inside of each program and individual coaching relationship.
Pilot Program
Each phone coaching relationship begins with a one month pilot program consisting of 4 weekly one hour coaching sessions. The intentions of the pilot program are:
- Provide the coaching client with a working application of the Core Model as applied to their specific personal and professional intentions.
- Assess the viability of a longer term coaching relationship
- Identify areas of focus (i.e. family, leadership development, team, culture etc.) and strategies for breakthroughs.
Beyond the pilot program
Once a client commits to our coaching process they have, at their fingertips, the combined wisdom of over 70 years of successful efforts to dramatically and beneficially shift the lives of individuals, families, and organizations.
